Corner Radius and Punch Tool.
This tool / die set puts a 3 inch radius on to to a sheet of metal. It also punches a slot. The punch can be removed to all the radius only to be generated. The sheet guide has two positions so you can cut a straight edge or a dog leg. See pictures below
The slot is race track shape approximately. 1/4" by 15/16" and it is located approximately 4.5" by 1/2" from the corner.
There are also several pivoted stops on sheet guides, if you flip them over then the sheet is allowed to penetrate deeper on one side,this mean you still get a radius
but it is offset by 3/8"
